Staging

What do 3 leaf-shaped-bottles of Ohio’s finest maple syrup, The Voyage of the Beagle, a deflated soccer ball, and 1lb of curry powder all have in common? 

They’re in my suitcase. 

How do you pack for 2 years? I  couldn’t have realized how much useless crap I owned until I was limited to a potentially karmic 100lbs of luggage. I mean, why the hell do I have even five DVDs to my name? 

Today we’ve touched down for our staging event in Florida. It’s a lean 80 degrees. This friendly cohort and I will be out of here in a few tens of hours. They’re telling us to turn back now.

The plane awaits-

and we’re all just dying for it to go South.
